Thirteen pieces. Hand-painted moriage, pink roses, a serene house by the water. Translucent porcelain, green band, gold accents throughout. Takito Japan — and every piece accounted for.

This is a complete antique tea set by Takito Company, Nagoya, Japan, in a hand-painted moriage design featuring pink roses and a romantic garden scene with a house by the water in the background. Fine translucent porcelain with a green band, white moriage dot borders, and gold accents throughout. The double-T within diamonds backstamp confirms Takito production — the company operated from 1880 to 1948, placing this set between the 1920s and 1948. The set includes: teapot with lid and internal strainer, five teacups with saucers, creamer, and lidded sugar bowl — 13 pieces (15 including lids). One set available.

Takito exhibited at the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago and the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis, and their moriage work gained particular recognition during the Art Deco period. A complete Takito set in this condition is genuinely uncommon.

One small chip on the teapot spout — photographed and disclosed. All other pieces in very good condition.

A remarkable set for an antique Japanese porcelain collector, a moriage enthusiast, a serious tea table, or anyone who wants a complete and beautiful antique tea service with documented provenance.
