The closed bead rim offers enhanced resistance to corrosion and rusting maximizing the longevity of this baker’s pan. This baking sheet is commercial grade and made from 3003 aluminum designed to withstand daily use in commercial restaurant kitchens and bakeries. Hand wash only.
